B4A-PCB-45-RLM-KIT: Ring lug mount block with integrated aluminum foot, tin plated, solderable. Suggested ring lug wire sizes 4-18 AWG, up to 85 Amps. Kitted with a zinc plated steel 1/4-28 hex cap bolt and 5/8" outer diameter washer. SMT/SMD solderable tin plated. When tightening bolt, two wrenches should be used to avoid damaging solder bond. Ring lug not included. Suitable for potting applications depending on mounting direction. International Hydraulics Inc® brand.

Figure 1: Most Sturdy: Vertical bolt and horizontal ring lug mount.

Figure 2: Less Sturdy: Horizontal bolt and horizontal ring lug mount. Best for factory wiring only.

In Figure 2, when using a headed screw or ring lug and bolt it's recommended that the head of the screw hangs off the edge of the board. Screws with little or no clearance between the head of the screw and the board can result in mechanical and electrical fouling.
