"B2D-PCB-SMT-KIT" 2-14 AWG wire range, wire class B/C and FLEX, 4-12 AWG, 4-16 with ferrule**, wire class G-K including mm2 class 5, aluminum or copper wire, CU9AL, 90C temperature rating, side wire, and top screw entrance. Kitted with tin plated aluminum slotted set screw; B2D body and screw not assembled. Manufacturer recommends soldering the body to the board prior to installing the screw to prevent the screw tightening up during reflow. UL Recognized at 600v - appropriate for use through 2000v. International Hydraulics Inc® brand. Made in the USA from domestic and imported parts.

B2D-PCB-SMT used as a ring lug mount (RLM) block, tin plated, solderable. Suggested ring lug wire sizes 2-14 AWG, up to 85 Amps.

Customer supplied ring lugs, bolt, and washer.

When using the B2D as a ring lug mount (RLM):
cURus does not apply when using the B2D as a ring lug mount. cURus rating applies only when using the B2D as a wire compression connector furnished with the slotted or hex set screw (10850 screw or the 13627 screw). Ring lug mounts are not covered under UL486A-B. Mounting secureness and final assembly current rating of ring lug mount is subject to further UL testing by customer.

Replacing hardware in any wire connector outside of the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) factory environment which is field inspected by UL and CSA to assure compliance to the tested build procedures.

UL DOES NOT PERMIT ANY unauthorized field repair or modification to any connector bearing the UL logo (see UL White Book).

It is entirely the responsibility of the purchaser to obtain all of the approvals from the AHJ (Authority(ies) Having Jurisdiction) covering the application. Full details on the Technical Info & User Advisory.

When tightening bolt, two wrenches should be used to avoid damaging smt bond.

*In Figure 2 and 3 orientation, when using a headed screw or ring lug and bolt it's recommended that the head of the screw hangs off the edge of the board. Screws with little or no clearance between the head of the screw and the board can result in mechanical and electrical fouling. cURus rating only applies when using the furnished slotted or hex set screw.
